A1: Appointments are necessary for Wednesday nights and Saturdays. We do recommend that appointments are made for any day to ensure you a Sales Consultant and changing room.
Q2: How long does it take to receive my dress once ordered?
A2: Depending on the designer, dresses take between 4 6 months. We do recommend that once you have found the right gown for you, if possible you allow up to 8 months to include any alterations that may be necessary.
Q3: Are alterations included
A3: All gowns are made based on each designer standard size chart and not made to measure, so some alterations are usually required, especially hems. A4: We can arrange for your dress to be cleaned, there is a charge of £70 for cleaning and if you would like it to be boxed, wrapped in acid free paper there is an extra charge of £25.
